Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a GEM Executive located in New Delhi. The GEM Executive will manage activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, such as vendor management, bid submissions, order processing, and ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines. The role includes monitoring tenders, preparing necessary documentation, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with internal teams and clients to ensure timely execution and delivery of projects. The candidate will also ensure continuous improvement in operational efficiency and address client inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing the GeM portal, including vendor onboarding, bid submission, and tender management
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders
• Experience in document management and compliance with procurement processes and guidelines
• Familiarity with industrial products, particularly bearings, is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
