General Manager – Sales & Operations

Location: Kochi (Work from Office)

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented General Manager – Sales & Operations to lead admissions, sales, branch operations, and business growth across our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive admissions and revenue targets

• Lead Sales, Operations & Branch Teams

• Monitor CRM, lead conversion & operational performance

• Develop business growth strategies and partnerships

• Improve processes and ensure smooth branch operations

• Track KPIs and mentor high-performing teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (MBA Preferred)
• 5–8 years of experience in Sales, Operations, Admissions, or Business Development
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience in Education, EdTech, Training, or Skill Development is preferred
• Strong leadership, CRM, business development, and strategic planning skills
