Job Role – Gen AI Engineer

Experience: 2+ Years in Gen AI | 6+ Years Total IT Experience

Mode: Work From Office

Key Skills

• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Agentic AI concepts.
• Strong Python development skills with Flask/FastAPI.
• Experience building AI agents with reasoning, planning, memory, and tool usage.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, prompt chaining, tool/function calling, and LLM integration.
• Experience integrating APIs, databases, vector databases, and enterprise systems.
• Understanding of Responsible AI, guardrails, monitoring, logging, and governance.
• Exposure to single-agent and multi-agent workflows.
• Good analytical, communication, and Agile delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Build and deploy AI agents and workflow automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI applications.
• Develop ML/AI models, dashboards, and data-driven solutions.
• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for security, reliability, and governance.
