We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Global Rewards Operations Analyst to join the Global Rewards Operations team. This role reports to the Head of Global Rewards Operations. This position will be based in Pune.
Scope:
This role plays a critical part in strengthening centralized rewards operations by supporting bonus/STI calculations, pay equity compliance, and data-driven reward processes.
The role will also contribute to AI-enabled transformation initiatives and incentive program administration, ensuring scalable, accurate, and compliant global rewards processes while supporting regional C&B teams

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Global Rewards Operations Analyst to join the Global Rewards Operations team. This role reports to the Head of Global Rewards Operations. This position will be based in Pune.
Scope:
This role plays a critical part in strengthening centralized rewards operations by supporting bonus/STI calculations, pay equity compliance, and data-driven reward processes.
The role will also contribute to AI-enabled transformation initiatives and incentive program administration, ensuring scalable, accurate, and compliant global rewards processes while supporting regional C&B teams
Key Performance Areas:
- Support Annual processes such as Merit, Bonus, market benchmarking, and bonus calculations
- Deliver data analytics and reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency across regions
- Contribute to AI and automation initiatives, including support for AI tools and process improvements
- Support incentive program administration and act as backup for key processes
- Collaborate with regional C&B, payroll, HRIM, and external vendors for seamless operations
- This role is part of a growing centralized Global Rewards Operations capability
- Strong Excel and data management skills (advanced level required)
- Ability to manage large datasets and complex calculations
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Experience working in a global, matrix organization
- Ability to work independently and manage cross-country coordination
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to future growth initiatives.
- 4–6 years of experience in HR analytics, compensation, or payroll in an MNC environment
- University degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
