Role Description The GM Hotel role is a full-time, on-site position based at our 5-star property in Saharanpur. The General Manager oversees all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales, maintenance, and guest services, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and consistent brand standards. Responsibilities include managing budgets and financial performance, setting and monitoring operational KPIs, and implementing policies and procedures that support efficiency, safety, and compliance. The role involves leading and developing department heads, resolving guest concerns, coordinating with corporate teams, and representing the hotel in local community and business partnerships. The General Manager is accountable for revenue growth, cost control, staff engagement, and maintaining the highest levels of service quality and hygiene across the property.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in hotel or hospitality management, ideally in a 4- or 5-star environment, with proven responsibility for multi-department operations.
- Strong leadership capabilities, including team management, performance coaching, conflict resolution, and the ability to foster a collaborative, service-oriented culture.
- Solid financial and analytical skills, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and familiarity with hotel KPIs such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy.
- Excellent guest service orientation, with strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to address guest needs and service recovery effectively.
- Operational knowledge of front office systems, housekeeping standards, food and beverage operations, and basic facility and safety management.
- Ability to work on-site in Saharanpur, maintain flexible availability including weekends and holidays, and manage high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in hospitality or leadership are an advantage.
- Experience with property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale systems (POS), and common hotel technology platforms; proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
- Knowledge of relevant local regulations, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements for luxury hotel operations.
