Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Golang Developer with strong DevOps expertise to design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Go (Golang), containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). This role requires close collaboration with development, QA, and operations teams to build reliable, secure, and highly available systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing applications using Go (Golang).
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Required Technical Skills

Golang

• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang).
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of Goroutines, Channels, Interfaces, and Concurrency.
• Experience with Go modules and dependency management.
• Familiarity with Gin, Echo, Fiber, or Gorilla frameworks.
• Experience with unit testing and benchmarking.

DevOps

• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with Helm charts and Kubernetes deployments.
• Strong understanding of container orchestration and cloud-native applications.

Cloud

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with cloud services such as:

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Go (Golang).
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Build, optimize, and automate CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy and manage applications in Kubernetes environments.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Perform code reviews and ensure coding best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure application security and compliance with organizational standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes Operators.
• Experience with OpenShift.
• Familiarity with Argo CD or Flux CD.
• Experience with gRPC and Protocol Buffers.
• Understanding of OAuth2, JWT, and API security.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
