Role Description As a Graphic Designer at Code7 Academy, you will create visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and learning materials that support the academy’s programs and brand. You will design logos, icons, and branding elements, develop layouts for both print and digital use, and collaborate with marketing and instructional teams to translate ideas into clear, engaging visual concepts. Your day-to-day work will include preparing graphics for web and social platforms, refining typography and visual hierarchies, and maintaining consistency across all design deliverables. You will also participate in brainstorming sessions, adapt designs based on feedback, and help ensure that all visuals align with the academy’s tone and objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram.
Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
  • Demonstrated experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing visual identities and brand assets.
  • Solid understanding of Typography, layout, and visual hierarchy for both digital and print media.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar).
  • Ability to interpret briefs, follow brand guidelines, and deliver high-quality designs on deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and strong communication skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or social media content design is a plus.
