WHAT YOU'LL DO

Design social media posts, ad creatives, banners, and marketing collateral that stop the scroll.

Create packaging mockups and product visuals that reflect Suroskie's brand identity.

Ensure every creative, from a Story frame to a full campaign visual, is aligned with brand guidelines.

Edit and retouch product and lifestyle images to a clean, premium finish.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and content team to bring campaigns to life on time and on brand.

Stay actively updated on beauty and skincare design trends and bring relevant inspiration to the table.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in a creative or design agency environment.
• Prior experience designing for a cosmetics, beauty, or skincare brand is a strong advantage.
• First preference will be given to candidates holding a degree in Fine Arts (BFA), Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related creative discipline.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and working knowledge of AI design tools.
• Solid understanding of social media creatives, branding principles, and marketing visuals.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while consistently bringing fresh, creative perspectives.
• Strong communication skills and the discipline to manage multiple briefs and deadlines simultaneously.

YOU'LL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE

• A natural understanding of luxury or editorial beauty aesthetics, you know the difference between clean and cold.
• Strong command of typography, colour theory, and visual composition.
• Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects, Canva animations, or similar)
• A portfolio that shows beauty/skincare work, not just generic design.
