Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Graphic Designer with a strong inclination toward motion graphics and video editing. In this position, you will design visual assets for branding campaigns, digital experiences, and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives. You will create motion graphics for video content, social media, presentations, and product demos, and edit videos to deliver polished, cohesive stories. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with strategists and UI/UX designers, developing logos and visual identities, selecting typography and layout systems, and preparing files for production and digital platforms. You will also participate in brainstorming sessions, support multiple projects simultaneously, and contribute to the evolution of client brands through consistent, high-quality design work.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to create visually coherent and engaging design solutions.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing visual identities and brand assets across different media.
• Proficiency in Typography, layout, and composition, with attention to detail and readability.
• Hands-on skills in motion graphics and video editing using industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, branding, motion graphics, and editing work.
• Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
