Job Description

Role: Group Account Manager - Influencer & Brand Solutions

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 5-6 years



Key Responsibilitie

  • sLead influencer and social-led marketing strategies for multiple client accounts
  • .Partner with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into impactful influencer and content strategies
  • .Drive end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and performance management
  • .Act as a trusted advisor to clients and manage senior stakeholder relationships
  • .Build integrated solutions combining influencer marketing, content, social media, and digital initiative
  • sCollaborate with influencer relations, content, creative, strategy, media, and operations teams to deliver campaigns successfully
  • .Oversee campaign budgets, commercials, timelines, and profitability
  • .Present strategic recommendations, campaign reports, and growth opportunities to clients
  • .Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-functional solutions
  • .Mentor and guide account management and influencer marketing teams

.Requirement

  • s5-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand solutions, social media strategy, or account management
  • .Experience working in influencer marketing agencies, social-first agencies, digital agencies, or integrated marketing firms
  • .Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, creator partnerships, content strategy, and social platforms
  • .Proven experience managing multiple brands and client relationships simultaneously
  • .Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution excellence
  • .Strong commercial acumen and experience handling budgets and client negotiations
  • .Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • .Experience leading and mentoring teams

.Preferred Experienc

  • eExperience working across categories such as FMCG, Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, Technology, Entertainment, or Consumer Brands
  • .Strong network within the creator and influencer ecosystem
  • .Experience delivering integrated campaigns across influencer, social, content, and digital channels
  • .Demonstrated success in growing client relationships and driving business impact
