To Execute Daily/monthly/annual preventive & predictive maint activities of plant & machinery in laminated plant. 1.Adherence to preventive/predictive maintenance activities plan.

To update machine maint. records in Compliance to TS16949, ISO - 14001,TQM & TPM systems . No. of NCR's in internal / external audits.

Project Supervision of execution activities To ensure the completion within agreed budget and time.

Budgeting & control To collect & analyse data & for annual maintenance budgets highlting :-

• Breakdown target,
• Repair and Maintenance Cost of Laminated section.
• Timeliness of budgets prepration
• Plan v/s budgeted
• Percentage variation from budget
  
  

Inventory of spares 1.To excecute inventory reduction activity plan in order to ensure optimun nventory levels & smoothen maintenance activities.

Utility To monitor & control daily utility energy consumption in utility area in order to minimise energy consumption. Plan v/s budgeted

To execute improvements initiatives for reduction of energy consumption of utilities equipments to optimize utility operation cost Adherence to improvement activities.

Manpower Development To do analysis of repeatative breakdown through PDCA/QC circles. 1.Number of QC circles

Requirements

Knowledge Fair knowledge of Maintenance management practices Experience
