Ensure execution of planned maintenance activities of machines to achieve machine availability
Quality Management
To monitor the compliance to Control Plan & Job Standards, Daily checksheet / monitoring to maintain process health.
Manpower Development
To plan and develop the skill set in Shift members as per roles and responsibility
To Monitor Manpower and glass breakage due to machine 1. Zero Machine breakdown2. Manpower Rotations and Multiskilling's as per schedule3.Manpower Optimizations
To review & reduce repair & maintenance Cost and to reduce cost of Indirect consumables
Safety
To achieve Zero Accidents & to ensure safe working culture amont team
Shift Operations
Enforce discipline in the Shift.

Technical skills, & Manpower Management skill

Diploma- Mechanical
