About the Role


We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and accelerate our B2B growth engine.

You will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline across our enterprise products by combining demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), SEO, content, outbound enablement, partnerships, and events.


This role requires someone who thinks commercially, understands enterprise buying journeys, and enjoys working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to drive measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation

  • Own pipeline generation across inbound and outbound marketing channels.
  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns targeting enterprise buyers.
  • Build scalable growth programs that generate high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

Account Based Marketing

  • Build and manage target account lists across key industries including:
  • Banks & NBFCs
  • Private Equity & Venture Capital firms
  • IPO advisory firms
  • Background Verification companies
  • Risk & Compliance firms
  • Law Firms
  • Large Enterprises
  • Design personalized ABM campaigns for strategic accounts.
  • Work closely with Sales to improve account penetration and enterprise deal conversion.


Content & Organic Growth

  • Partner with the Product Marketing and Content teams to develop SEO-led growth strategies.
  • Identify high-intent search opportunities that generate enterprise demand.
  • Support website optimization, landing pages, thought leadership, webinars, and downloadable resources.


What we are Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, or Account-Based Marketing.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, Enterprise Software, API products, FinTech, RegTech, LegalTech, or other enterprise technology businesses.
  • Demonstrated success in generating qualified pipeline for sales-led businesses.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and B2B marketing funnels.
  • Experience running multi-channel campaigns across SEO, content, email, webinars, paid campaigns, and outbound enablement.
  • Comfortable working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing metrics to drive decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing platforms and growth tools.
  • Familiarity with LegalTech, FinTech, Compliance, Risk Intelligence, or API-first SaaS products.
  • Experience working in high-growth startups or scaling SaaS businesses.
