We design and build automation programs for global mid-market enterprises across marketing, manufacturing, healthcare RCM, financial services, and equipment rental. Our delivery model is analyst-first: business analysts embed in client departments to understand the work before any engineering begins.
About the role
We are hiring a Growth Operations Lead to own the operational engine behind Auxiliobits' outbound, lead nurture, and event programs. This is a high-trust role working directly with the CEO. You will run the day-to-day rhythm of the growth program — CRM hygiene, follow-ups, outreach data preparation, governance of cold callers and agencies, prospect and event research, and presentation and demo readiness. The objective is simple: turn the founder's strategic direction into a consistently executed outbound machine, so the company's pipeline does not depend on the founder's calendar.
This is not a Sales Development role — you will not be cold-calling. It is the role that runs the people who do, and ensures every prospect, lead, follow-up, and meeting moves through the system on time and at quality.
Key responsibilities
- Own CRM hygiene and discipline end-to-end — clean data, accurate stage tracking, structured notes, and a single source of truth for every account, contact, and opportunity
- Drive follow-up cadence across the pipeline; ensure no qualified lead is dropped and every prospect interaction has a next step on the calendar
- Govern the work of cold-calling vendors, freelance researchers, and outreach agencies — set targets, review output, enforce quality, and replace underperformers
- Build and maintain prospect data — sourcing, enrichment, segmentation, and prioritization of accounts for outreach
- Prepare outreach assets — call lists, email sequences, talking points, account briefs — and route them to the calling and emailing teams
- Research industry events, identify high-value ones for delegate attendance, build target lists of attendees, and orchestrate pre-event and post-event outreach
- Prepare the CEO and team for prospect demos and presentations — collateral readiness, account briefs, prior-conversation summaries, and follow-up plans
- Run a weekly outbound and pipeline review; flag stuck deals, underperforming campaigns, and operational gaps
- Use AI and LLM tools daily to multiply your output across research, drafting, list building, and analysis
- Partner with the CEO on outbound strategy, channel mix, ICP refinement, and quarterly growth priorities
Required qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Growth Operations, or Sales Development at a B2B SaaS, IT services, or consulting company
- Strong working command of a modern CRM — HubSpot or Salesforce — including pipeline configuration, list management, sequence/workflow setup, and reporting
- Demonstrated experience managing cold-calling vendors, freelance researchers, or outsourced outreach teams
- Excellent written English — you will be drafting emails, briefs, and outreach copy on the founder's behalf
- Strong research skills — comfortable building target account lists, finding decision-makers, and synthesizing company / executive briefs from public sources
- Demonstrated daily use of AI / LLM tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis
- Founder-adjacent temperament — comfortable with ambiguity, low ego, takes initiative, and closes loops without being chased
- Strong organizational discipline; you run programs on calendars and checklists, not memory
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in a founder-led services or SaaS company selling to mid-market or enterprise buyers
- Exposure to outbound channels beyond email and calls — LinkedIn outreach, event-led growth, ABM
- Familiarity with sales enablement tooling — sequencers, enrichment platforms, prospecting databases
- Experience preparing senior executives for client demos and presentations
- Comfort with light analytics — funnel metrics, conversion rates, channel performance
Location and work model
- Full-time, work-from-office
- Chandigarh / Mohali, India
- Some flexibility in working hours required to align with the CEO's US time-zone calls and US-based prospects
