We're Incilo — a logistics startup that two of us have been building from scratch for 4+ years. No fancy offices. No safety nets. Just relentless problem-solving, real customers, and a business that's alive because we refused to let it die.

We're not looking for an employee. We're not hiring a sales head. We're looking for a third person who wakes up every morning with the same fire we do — except their battlefield is in different cities

What this actually is

There is no salary. There is no job description in the traditional sense. What there is — is a real stake in a real company, built over real years, with real traction.

You will own the Tier I India growth story. Not manage it. Own it. That means the wins are yours, the failures are yours, and the equity you earn will reflect exactly that.

What we expect from you

You have deep roots in understanding management, networks, relationships, or operational experience in logistics, supply chain, or B2B sales. You are ready to invest in this business financially. This isn't symbolic. This is how we know you're a partner, not a passenger. You can build — not just sell.

We need someone who can set up the ground operations, not just close deals and hand off. You are hungry. Not comfortable. The comfort can come later, after we've built something worth being comfortable about. You are around the same chapter of life as us. Young enough to take the risk. Sharp enough to know why it's worth it.

We will agree on the exact number based on what you bring — capital, network, and commitment. The more skin you have in the game, the more the number reflects that.
