We are launching a joint hiring initiative to recruit two high-energy Sales & Growth Interns for two rapidly expanding businesses operating out of our corporate office in Dhansar, Dhanbad. This is a front-line, high-velocity sales execution role where you will master modern digital sales, outbound prospecting, and deal-closing.

Based on your background and interview performance, you will be assigned to one of the following business entities:

  • 🏢 Track 1: Revenue Acquisition Intern – Alpha Capital (Focus: Wealth management, financial products, and B2C/B2B portfolio services)
  • 🏗️ Track 2: Commercial Growth Intern – Skyline Infra Solutions (Focus: Infrastructure, commercial projects, and strictly B2B industrial solutions)




📅 Your Detailed Daily Routine & Responsibilities

You will follow a structured, high-intensity daily sales playbook split into two core focuses: Lead Generation and Pipeline Execution.



Phase 1: High-Velocity Lead Generation (Morning Session)

  • Data Scrape & Market Mapping: Mine digital directories, local business registries, and LinkedIn to build fresh lead lists for Dhanbad and surrounding commercial zones.
  • B2B/B2C Target Profiling: Research high-net-worth individuals (for Alpha Capital) or corporate builders and developers (for Skyline Infra) to locate key decision-makers.
  • Cold Outreach Setup: Launch professional email campaigns, WhatsApp sequences, and structured messaging hooks to warm up your generated leads.



Phase 2: Pipeline Execution & Deal Closing (Afternoon Session)

  • Direct Phone Outreach: Make high-volume outbound calls to your warmed-up leads to pitch value, handle initial objections, and schedule deep-dive meetings.
  • Virtual Product Demos: Assist in running virtual product demonstrations or portfolio walk-throughs, directly connecting our solutions to client pain points.
  • CRM & Pipeline Hygiene: Spend the final 30 minutes of every day logging call notes, updating lead statuses, and monitoring your personal sales conversion rates in our CRM tool.

  • Final-year college students or fresh graduates based in or around Dhanbad.
  • Must be able to commute daily to our office in Dhansar.
  • Fluent and highly confident communicators in both Hindi and English.
  • Individuals with a strong "hunter mindset" who love hitting numeric targets and earning extra money.
