Role Description The Guest Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position is responsible for welcoming visitors, handling reception duties, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for guests and customers. Daily tasks include greeting and guiding visitors, managing incoming calls and inquiries, coordinating appointments, and providing accurate information about Artarium’s products and services. The role involves addressing customer concerns, supporting sales conversations, and maintaining a professional and organized reception and showroom environment. The Guest Relations Executive collaborates with the sales and operations teams to support customer engagement initiatives and enhance overall brand perception.

Qualifications

  • Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating positive and professional experiences.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and polite, confident presentation.
  • Experience with Sales support activities, such as product explanations, basic upselling, and handling customer queries.
  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing calls, visitor logs, appointments, and front-desk coordination.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or luxury brands is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site full time in New Delhi and maintain a presentable, customer-facing demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and CRM or telephony systems.
  • Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage.
