• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple co-packing units
• Develop and onboard new co-pack partners across key regions
• Conduct vendor due diligence and establish operational governance
• Negotiate commercial contracts and performance SLAs
• Oversee plant readiness, infrastructure, and compliance for new sites
• Collaborate closely with quality, supply chain, and procurement teams

A Successful Senior Manager-Co Pack Should Have

• 10+ years of experience in FMCG manufacturing or supply chain
• Mandatory background in third-party / co-pack / contract manufacturing
• Proven experience in vendor development and plant setup or expansion
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Prior experience as a plant head or senior operations lead (min. 3 years)
• Excellent commercial and stakeholder management skills
