Job title: Head Insights and Experience Platform

Location: NESCO (Goregaon East)


Job purpose: The resource is accountable for the good performance of Qualtrics platform worldwide, on both B2B & B2C surveys and its continuous improvement in line with the business requirements.


Key Responsibilities


Managerial Responsibilities:


  • Manage a team of App consultant(s) and analysts – all based in GBS Mumbai
  • Recruit and train new team members
  • Is in charge of making GBS team members grow in the Sodexo GBS environment


Functional Responsibilities:


  • Develop a yearly “BUILD” plan of the Qualtrics platform taking into consideration the business requirements from B2B/B2C program directors & XM regional leads – must work with TDDI global teams.
  • Follow up the releases of the “build” plan (coordinate the UAT, deployment in regions, etc…)

Project management

Update certifications


  • With his/her app consultant team, manage the good success of Qualtrics RUN. This includes interactions with his app consultant team + TCS + TDDI global

Solution design and configuration of a business solution (eg change/adapt global surveys or change/adapt Close the loop parameters)

Improve Data Visualization (eg create new widgets in global dashboards)

Support light Development in Qualtrics

Update Qualtrics Documentations

Training delivery

Internal ‘client’ management


  • With the Qualtrics analyst, is in charge of delivering added-value analyses to group & regions
