We are looking for a leader as Head Investor Relations for Aluminium Business.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute VAML’s Investor Relations strategy as a standalone listed entity.
• Act as the primary point of contact for equity investors, debt investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
• Manage earnings calls, investor meetings, roadshows, site visits, and investor conferences.
• Proactively communicate VAML’s strategy, performance, growth plans, ESG positioning, and capital allocation framework
• Oversee preparation of quarterly results presentations, earnings releases, fact sheets, and investor decks.
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, stock exchange disclosures, and investor communications.
• Coordinate closely with Finance, Secretarial, Legal, and Strategy teams on market‑sensitive disclosures.
• Support filing and communication related to post‑demerger disclosures, shareholding changes, and corporate actions.
• Build and continuously refine VAML’s equity story as a pure‑play aluminiumbusiness.
• Benchmark performance and disclosures with global and domestic peers.
• Provide insights to management on market perception, valuation drivers, investor feedback, and analyst sentiment.
• Advise senior leadership on capital market expectations, messaging, and risk areas.
• Support strategic initiatives including capital structure decisions, dividend policies, fundraising, and M&A communication.
• Build and institutionalize IR processes, governance, and documentation for long‑term sustainability.

Desired Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent qualification.
• 8–15 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Strategy, or Equity Research, preferably with listed companies.
• Prior exposure to demerged / IPO / newly listed entities will be a strong advantage.
• Experience in metals, mining, power, or large manufacturing organizations preferred.
