About the Rol

eThis is a true "Player-Coach" position. You will be the technical anchor for the business, spending a significant portion of your time writing high-quality code and managing cloud infrastructure, while simultaneously mentoring the engineering team and driving daily agile execution. You will work closely with the founders to translate business goals into scalable software solutions and will undergo a comprehensive, multi-month handover with our founding CTO to ensure you are fully set up for success
