As we scale both brands, we're looking for someone who can help us build the next phase of growth.


About the Role

This is not just a sales role.

This is not just a marketing role.

We're looking for someone who can think like a business builder.

You'll work directly with the founder and be responsible for driving revenue across online and offline channels while identifying new opportunities to grow both brands.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Drive revenue growth across both brands.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and manage distributor, retailer, and dealer networks.
  • Develop institutional, corporate gifting, hospitality, and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and develop new sales channels and markets.

Growth & Strategy

  • Identify new revenue opportunities and business expansion ideas.
  • Work closely with our digital marketing agency to improve campaign performance.
  • Improve website conversions, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Recommend pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies based on market insights.
  • Track key business metrics and prepare actionable growth plans.

Ownership

  • Work directly with the founder on key business initiatives.
  • Coordinate across sales, marketing, operations, and external partners to ensure execution.
  • Build scalable systems and processes that support long-term growth.
  • Take complete ownership of assigned projects and deliver measurable outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Growth, Strategy, or Consumer Brands.
  • Strong commercial thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
  • Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions.

Compensation: ₹50,000–₹70,000 per month (based on experience and demonstrated capabilities), plus performance-linked incentives for exceptional results.
