Swish is building a new-age food delivery and operations brand focused on speed, execution, customer experience, and scale. As we expand across kitchens, cities, and teams, we are looking for a strong People leader who can help build the organisation for the next phase of growth.
About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Head of HR to lead and scale the people function across corporate and operations teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from scratch, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can balance strategy with execution. The title and scope are flexible based on experience and capability.
The role will work closely with founders and business leaders to build strong people systems, hiring processes, culture, performance management, and employee experience across the organisation.
What You’ll Own
People Operations & HR Systems
- Build and strengthen HR processes, policies and operating rhythms across the company
- Drive HRMS implementation and process automation
- Own employee lifecycle management including onboarding, confirmations, exits, documentation and compliance
- Improve scalability and efficiency across HR operations
Talent Acquisition
- Partner with business leaders on hiring strategy and workforce planning
- Build strong hiring processes across corporate and operations teams
- Improve candidate experience, employer branding, and hiring quality
- Manage recruiters and hiring operations effectively
Performance & Culture
- Drive performance management processes and manager effectiveness
- Build frameworks around goal setting, feedback and employee development
- Strengthen culture, engagement, and internal communication
- Partner with founders to maintain a high-performance yet grounded culture
Business Partnership
- Work closely with functional leaders to solve people and organisational challenges
- Support organisation design, team structuring and leadership hiring
- Bring strong judgement and practical decision-making to day-to-day people matters
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure HR compliance, documentation, labour law adherence and process hygiene
- Partner with finance and legal teams where required
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced companies
- Strong exposure across HR operations, talent acquisition and business partnering
- Experience scaling teams and building processes from the ground up
- Ability to operate independently with high ownership
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable being hands-on and execution-focused
- Prior experience managing both corporate and operations/workforce-heavy teams is a plus
