Position Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Head who can build, execute, and scale our marketing strategy across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, performance marketing, lead generation, branding, creative campaigns, CRM automation, website optimization, SEO, and marketing analytics. The primary objective is to generate high-quality leads while strengthening the Stag Elevators brand across India.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube).
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Improve ROAS, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency.
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROI.

Brand & Creative Strategy

- Develop premium branding campaigns aligned with the luxury home elevator segment.
- Lead creative direction for videos, brochures, social media, websites, and print materials.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies.

Lead Generation

- Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns.
- Build marketing funnels and landing pages for higher conversions.
- Improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead-to-sale conversion.

Website & SEO

- Manage and continuously improve the company website.
- Drive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
- Optimize landing pages for conversions and user experience.

CRM & Marketing Automation

- Implement CRM automation and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Design WhatsApp, email, and SMS marketing workflows.
- Track customer journeys and improve engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Meta Business Suite.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Recommend improvements based on data insights.

Team Leadership

- Build and manage the marketing team.
- Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers.
- Mentor team members and establish KPIs.

Required Skills

- Expert knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation.
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Strong branding and content strategy skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 10–12 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in real estate, home improvement, construction, elevators, luxury products, or architecture-related industries is preferred.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications are an added advantage.
