The organization enables large enterprises to seamlessly integrate business applications, cloud platforms, data ecosystems and emerging digital technologies, helping them accelerate digital transformation, improve operational efficiency and build connected enterprises.
With a strong global presence and an expanding customer base across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, the company is looking for an experienced business leader to drive its India growth strategy.
Position Summary
The India Region Sales Head will be responsible for driving business growth across Enterprise Integration, Digital Transformation, Cloud Connectivity, Managed Services and Consulting Solutions.
The role requires an entrepreneurial sales leader capable of developing strategic customer relationships, acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding existing accounts across large organizations.
This is a high-impact leadership role involving close collaboration with global leadership, consulting teams, delivery organizations and strategic technology partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the India business strategy to achieve aggressive revenue growth.
- Drive new logo acquisition across large enterprises and Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
- Build long-term relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, Enterprise Architects and Business Transformation Leaders.
- Identify opportunities around:
- Enterprise Integration (SAP) -Very important

- Application Modernization
- Digital Transformation
- Intelligent Automation
- Integration Managed Services
- Data Connectivity
- AI-enabled Business Integration
- Enterprise Platform Modernization
- Position consulting, implementation, managed services and long-term transformation engagements.
- Work closely with global consulting and delivery teams to develop winning proposals.
- Build strategic alliances with technology partners and ecosystem players.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract closures.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing enterprise sales organization.
- Own revenue, profitability, pipeline and forecasting for the India region.
Desired Candidate Profile
- BE / B.Tech with MBA preferred.
- 15-22 years of experience in enterprise technology sales.
- Minimum 7 years in leadership roles handling strategic enterprise accounts.
- Strong experience selling one or more of the following:
- Enterprise Integration Solutions
- Digital Transformation Services
- Cloud Consulting
- Enterprise Applications
- Middleware & Integration Platforms
- API Management
- Application Modernization
- Digital Engineering Services
- IT Consulting
- Managed Services
- Proven ability to engage CXOs and drive large consulting-led transformation programs.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar enterprise engagements.
- Excellent business development, account management and commercial negotiation skills.
