Build the Platform That Powers India's Startup Ecosystem
8–12 Years | Full-time | Senior Manager / AVP
At T-Hub, we're building one of India's largest innovation ecosystems, empowering startups with access to capital, mentorship, talent, market opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
We're looking for a Head – Partnerships & Platform to lead the growth of our Platform for Founders (PFF)—a one-stop platform connecting startups with mentors, resource partners, student talent, and hiring opportunities.

About the Role
As the Head – Partnerships & Platform, you'll own the supply-side growth of T-Hub's Platform for Founders.
Your mission will be to build and scale a high-quality network of mentors, technology partners, universities, startup hiring partners, and ecosystem collaborators that make PFF an indispensable platform for startups.
Working closely with the Chief Growth Officer, Product, Startup Programs, and ecosystem partners, you'll ensure the platform delivers meaningful value through strong partnerships and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
Build Strategic Partnerships
- Identify, engage, and onboard mentors, startup experts, founders, and industry leaders.
- Develop strategic partnerships with cloud providers, legal firms, HR platforms, finance partners, SaaS providers, and startup service providers.
- Build long-term relationships with universities, student communities, and placement cells to strengthen startup talent pipelines.
- Create partnerships that deliver measurable value to startups across different growth stages.
Scale the Platform
- Build and manage a high-quality catalogue of mentors, partners, internships, and startup job opportunities.
- Ensure all partner onboarding, activation, and engagement processes are seamless.
- Monitor partner performance, platform utilization, and engagement metrics.
- Continuously improve the quality and relevance of platform offerings.
Drive Platform Operations
- Develop scalable onboarding frameworks and operational playbooks.
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to improve the Platform for Founders experience.
- Track platform performance, partnership impact, and ecosystem growth.
- Drive continuous improvements using data and user feedback.
Collaborate Across the Ecosystem
- Work closely with Startup Programs, Funding Desk, Mentorship, Corporate Innovation, and external partners.
- Identify new partnership opportunities that strengthen the founder experience.
- Represent T-Hub across the startup ecosystem and build long-term strategic relationships.
Who We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you have:
- 8–12 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Platform Growth, Marketplace Operations, Startup Ecosystem, or Strategic Alliances.
- Strong experience building and managing strategic partnerships.
- Experience working with startups, technology platforms, universities, accelerators, or ecosystem partners.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong operational and project management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple partnership pipelines simultaneously.
- A builder's mindset with a passion for creating scalable platforms and ecosystem impact.
- Familiarity with startup enablement, SaaS, innovation ecosystems, or marketplace businesses is highly desirable.

- Expanding T-Hub's mentor network with high-quality experts.
- Onboarding strategic resource partners across technology, legal, finance, HR, and business services.
- Building partnerships with leading educational institutions for startup talent.
- Creating an active startup jobs marketplace within the T-Hub ecosystem.
- Establishing scalable partnership and onboarding frameworks that support long-term growth.
