Position Title
Presales Head
Job Summary
The Presales Head is responsible for leading the presales team in generating qualified leads, managing customer interactions, coordinating site visit scheduling, and ensuring effective conversion support for the sales team. The role focuses on maximizing lead conversion efficiency, maintaining strong customer engagement, and achieving sales targets for residential/commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
- Handle and monitor inbound and outbound sales inquiries from various channels.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospects through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and CRM systems.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and purchase intent.
- Maintain high lead-to-site-visit conversion ratios.
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and supervise the presales executives/team.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Monitor call quality, follow-up standards, and customer interaction processes.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Customer Engagement
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to prospective buyers.
- Build strong relationships with clients to improve customer experience.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with the sales team.
CRM & Reporting
- Ensure accurate data entry and lead tracking in CRM software.
- Prepare MIS reports on leads, conversions, bookings, and team performance.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and lead sources.
Coordination
- Work closely with marketing teams for campaign planning and lead generation.
- Coordinate with sales teams for closures and customer feedback.
- Support launch activities, promotional events, and exhibitions.
Process Improvement
- Develop and implement presales SOPs and customer handling processes.
- Improve response time and customer conversion metrics.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline lead management workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
Experience Required
- 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales/presales.
- Minimum 2–3 years in a team handling or managerial role.
- Experience in residential real estate is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- CRM software proficiency.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under target-driven environments.
- Good understanding of real estate market trends and customer behavior.
