Role Description This full-time Healthcare Marketing Executive role is an on-site position based in Malappuram. The person in this role will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote services related to cancer and chronic disease management, including digital, print, and community outreach initiatives. Daily responsibilities include developing marketing materials, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, managing social media and online presence, and tracking campaign performance and patient engagement metrics. The Healthcare Marketing Executive will help build brand awareness, strengthen relationships with referring providers and partners, and support patient education programs. The role also involves organizing events, maintaining consistent messaging across channels, and providing regular reports to leadership on marketing activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in healthcare marketing, including campaign planning, branding, and patient-focused communication.
- Ability to create clear and engaging content for digital platforms, print materials, and community outreach.
- Experience with social media management, basic digital analytics, and CRM or marketing tools.
- Knowledge of oncology or chronic disease care, or strong interest in learning healthcare concepts and terminology.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with medical teams, patients, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience in healthcare marketing or hospital/clinic outreach is preferred but not mandatory.
