Job Title: Healthcare Operations Executive

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Location: 1A V3, BBD Viraj Towers 2nd Floor Plot No TC G, Amar Shaheed Path, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226010

Reporting To: Center Operations Manager / Regional Operations Head


Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Healthcare Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical center. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of clinical and non-clinical activities, deliver an exceptional patient experience, coordinate with internal departments, and maintain compliance with healthcare quality standards.

  • Manage daily operations of the medical center to ensure seamless patient services.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and front office teams.
  • Monitor OPD workflow, patient appointments, registrations, and waiting time.
  • Resolve patient concerns and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, NABH guidelines, infection control protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, facility management, and vendor coordination.
  • Monitor inventory of medical and non-medical supplies and coordinate procurement.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational dashboards.
  • Support manpower planning, staff scheduling, and operational training.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the HR, Finance, and Administration teams for smooth center operations.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of resources while maintaining service quality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA/MHA (Hospital Administration/Healthcare Management) preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in hospital, diagnostic center, clinic, or healthcare operations.
  • Experience in managing multi-department healthcare operations is preferred.
  • Strong operational and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Patient-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
  • Knowledge of hospital workflows and quality standards (NABH preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

  • Operational efficiency and center uptime.
  • Compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
  • Timely MIS reporting.
