Role Description The Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role involves designing, installing, and maintaining HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects within the group’s portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include performing system load calculations, preparing HVAC designs and technical drawings, coordinating with project managers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and safety standards. The engineer will oversee maintenance and repair activities, troubleshoot system issues, optimize energy efficiency, and document all work performed. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear communication with stakeholders will be essential to deliver reliable, high-performance climate control solutions.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in HVAC Engineering and HVAC system principles, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning operations.
• Proficiency in HVAC Design, including system sizing, load calculations, duct design, and equipment selection.
• Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating and reviewing mechanical and HVAC drawings.
• Practical skills in Maintenance & Repair of HVAC equipment, including diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, energy efficiency standards, and industry best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capability to work on-site in a fast-paced project environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prior experience in HVAC projects within real estate or commercial buildings is beneficial.
