The company provides flexible 2-wheeler and 3-wheeler EV rentals so delivery partners, ride-hailing drivers, and logistics fleets can earn quickly without long-term asset ownership. Its application-led platform manages digital onboarding, KYC, vehicle allocation, assistance services, technician workflows, and rider retention programs with a focus on transparency and fairness. Through battery partnerships and a Battery Confidence Program, Urbaan Raahi EV ensures reliable daily range, visible battery health, and strong swapping infrastructure. Led by strategic EV operator Surya Kant Mishra, the company is on a mission to make clean, worker-centric urban mobility the default across India.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hiring at All Levels role based in New Delhi. Team members may support talent acquisition, operations, fleet management, rider onboarding, customer support, and field services depending on experience and level. Typical responsibilities can include coordinating candidate sourcing and interviews, assisting with onboarding of riders and staff, and maintaining accurate records in digital systems. Operational duties may involve supporting vehicle allocation, monitoring uptime, coordinating maintenance visits, and ensuring service quality at hubs. Individuals in this role collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes, uphold safety and compliance standards, and contribute to a reliable, gig-worker-centric mobility ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work effectively with riders, colleagues, and partners at all levels.
• Basic to advanced proficiency in digital tools and applications (e.g., mobile apps, spreadsheets, CRM or HR systems) and comfort with data entry and documentation.
• Organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks, resolve on-ground issues, and support smooth daily operations.
• Customer service mindset with the ability to manage rider and candidate queries, maintain professionalism under pressure, and build trust-based relationships.
• Interest in electric mobility, last-mile logistics, and gig economy ecosystems; prior experience in EV, mobility, rental, operations, or logistics sectors is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, including field visits when needed, and adherence to safety, compliance, and company policies.
• Educational background ranging from vocational training to graduate degrees; specialized experience in HR, operations, fleet management, or technical servicing is a plus.
