4QT Technologies is looking for enthusiastic, analytical, and self-motivated freshers to join our QA team. Selected candidates will undergo hands-on training on real-time projects and, based on performance, will be offered a full-time position.

Eligibility

• 2026 pass-out (B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent)
• Good academic record
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Passion for software quality and testing
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and business processes

Key Responsibilities

• Learn Manual Testing and Software Quality Assurance processes
• Identify, report, and track software defects
• Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, and User Acceptance Testing
• Validate web and mobile applications
• Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Teams
• Prepare testing documentation and reports
