🏥 Hiring: Hospital Operations Manager | Multispeciality Clinic, Pathankot, Punjab

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Hospital Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations at a growing multispeciality clinic in Pathankot, Punjab. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the founders and an incubation partner to shape the growth journey of a patient-first healthcare institution.

📍 Location: Pathankot, Punjab

💰 Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000/month (based on experience)

🎓 Qualification: MBA / M.Pharma / M.Sc. (Healthcare/Hospital Administration preferred)

📆 Experience: 10+ Years in the Healthcare Domain

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hospital operations, including but not limited to:
• Staff management across departments (Nursing, Housekeeping, Support Staff, etc.)
• Managing leaves, shrinkage, and attrition to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
• Driving technology innovation — implementation, training, monitoring, and automation of healthcare tech systems
• Maintaining and upgrading hospital IT infrastructure
• Leading marketing initiatives aligned with the founders' vision for hospital growth
• Working closely with the incubation partner to drive strategic and operational growth
• Partnering with founders to take ownership of daily operations, allowing them to focus on core clinical priorities
• Ensuring compliance, quality standards, and efficient resource utilization across departments
• Building and mentoring a strong operations team to support long-term scalability
