Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the housekeeping team on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain quality checks.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain housekeeping inventory and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
• Train new housekeeping staff and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
