- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Post job openings on platforms like Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further rounds.
- Maintain and update the candidate database.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams.
- Provide timely updates to candidates regarding application status.
- Manage the onboarding process and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data.
- Support day-to-day HR operations.
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
- Help maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
- Monitor hiring metrics and performance indicators.

- MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of ATS tools.
- Experience in IT hiring.
- Knowledge of HR policies and compliance.
- Experience with ATS/HRMS systems.
- Employee engagement planning.
- Timely closure of open positions.
- Candidate database accuracy.
- Interview coordination efficiency.
- Offer-to-joining ratio.
- Employee engagement participation.
- Detail-oriented and organised.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
