Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, onboard, and retain top talent within the garment industry.
• Handle employee relations efficiently, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace environment.
• Maintain and update HRIS systems for accurate employee data management.
• Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
• Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
• Proven experience as HR Executive or similar role within the garment or textile industry
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll software
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred
• Certifications in HR or related fields
