HR Generalist ( Export Factory Industry )

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Noida. The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations, including managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and supporting organizational HR needs. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with HR guidelines, handling recruitment activities efficiently, and fostering a healthy workplace culture through active engagement with employees.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and maintaining workplace harmony
• Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring HR Policies
• Thorough knowledge of general Human Resources (HR) practices and procedures
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the export or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Salary Is Upto 35K
