Job Title: HR Generalist (Mid-Level)

Experience: 4–6 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to manage the Noida HR function as the primary HR SPOC. The role requires a balanced mix of Talent Acquisition (30–40%) and HR Operations/People Management (60–70%), while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for the Noida office.
  • Manage HR operations, employee engagement, and people management activities.
  • Act as the HR SPOC and collaborate with TA, Admin, and Operations teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across locations.
  • Develop and maintain HR documentation, SOPs, and policies.

Key Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in HR Generalist/HRBP roles.
  • Strong exposure to Recruitment and HR Operations.
  • Experience in HR documentation, SOP creation, and policy drafting is preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
