🕖 Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Role Description the HR-Manager will oversee end-to-end human resources operations to support PCS’s growing team and business objectives. This full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX includes managing recruitment and onboarding, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining E-Verify compliant processes. The HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, support performance management cycles, and administer compensation and benefits programs. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining HR documentation, ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws, and partnering with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development. The role requires active collaboration with technical and consulting teams to ensure a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and operations, including E-Verify processes, employment law fundamentals, documentation, and HR systems/HRIS.
- Skills in organizational development, change management, and workforce planning to support a growing, technology-focused organization.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across diverse teams and levels.
- Comfort working closely with technology and consulting professionals; prior experience in IT, software, or professional services environments is beneficial.
- Proficiency in using HR tools and MS Office or similar productivity software; experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information, prioritize multiple tasks, and take initiative in a fast-paced setting.
