Job Title: HR Operations Specialist


Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad (On-site)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only (Must be available to join on or before 21st July 2026)


About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage core HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations and possess strong knowledge of payroll, statutory compliances, HRMS, and employee lifecycle management. Basic recruitment experience is also required to support hiring activities whenever needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and validate salary inputs.
  • Perform TDS calculations and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
  • Handle PF-related activities, including PF calculations, UAN management, and EPFO portal operations.
  • Manage statutory compliances and coordinate with internal teams and external consultants.
  • Draft, update, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, employee letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Ensure complete and accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Administer and maintain HRMS and payroll systems.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Admin, and other departments for smooth HR operations.
  • Support onboarding, confirmations, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
  • Assist in internal audits and compliance documentation.
  • Support recruitment activities, including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding, whenever required.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of TDS, payroll processing, and statutory compliances.
  • Hands-on experience with PF calculations and the EPFO portal.
  • Experience working with HRMS and payroll software.
  • Good understanding of Indian labour laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in drafting HR policies, SOPs, and employee documentation.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
  • Experience in payroll and statutory compliance is mandatory.
  • Basic recruitment experience is required.
  • Immediate joiners only (must be able to join on or before 21st July 2026).
