Job Title: AM – HR

Location : Noida

Shift: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM


Job Summary:

Manage the employee engagement, talent management and other employee life cycle aspects globally. Support the HR operations and recruitment initiatives as and when required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design the Employee Engagement Calendar, plan and execute at the store levels to create Fun @ workplace globally.
  • At least 5 years of post-qualification work experience in Human Resources
  • Execute of RR programs, rewarding the best employees, trophies certificates, design and communicate the incentives structure, create an incentive centric culture.
  • Support the Employee development programs, reviews and assessment, succession planning, Job rotation, Multi skill, Training needs identification, Training design and implementation etc globally.
  • Operations, onboarding support, Internal Job Posting, and employee separation management.
  • Laying foundations for further growth and institutionalization of the HR processes and management.
  • Support recruitment as and when required.
  • Designing performance-based evaluation tools and strategies for talent retention and motivation in consultation with Co-founders.
  • Handling grievances and addressing the same within the TAT, Employee counselling, Integrity Management, ensuring the code of conduct to maintain discipline and harmonious working environment.
  • Design issue KRAs, Sign off by the employees, mid-term reviews, coordinate the Annual Appraisal process, Increment Letters.


Education:

  • MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management or Post Graduate Degree in General Management


Competencies & Skillset:

  • Expert in Employee Engagement
  • Proven ability to ideate and operationalize new concepts around activities, communication, etc. to keep employees motivated and engaged.
  • Capable to standardize and re-engineer HR processes that can help with scale.
  • Proven track record of handling employee matters like engagement, grievances, etc.
  • High attention to detail while simultaneously capable of seeing the whole picture
