Key Responsibilities
• Manage product listings on e- commerce platforms.
• Update product information, pricing, and inventory.
• Process and monitor customer order.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely dispatch.
• Handle customer queries, returns, and order- related issues.
• Monitor stock availability and maintain inventory records.
• Track sales performance and prepare basic report.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional
campaigns and offers.
