Qualification - BBA/MBA

Location - Gurgaon

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform special projects, long-range studies, policy reviews and related activities, which are highly professional in nature and may involve several different HR functions under supervision.
• Collect and analyze information relevant to assigned HR functions.
• Research the design, impact, and implementation required for changes or additions to HR activities.
• Develop sound professional recommendations based on findings under supervision.
• Resolve problems related to HR function under supervision.
• Coordinate or perform line activities within assigned HR functional area under supervision.
• Provide work direction to lower level professional and clerical staff in functional area under supervision.
• Evaluate and compare existing company benefits with those of other companies by analyzing other plans, surveys and other sources of information.
• Analyze the results of surveys and develop specific recommendation for review.
• Lead and coordinate PMP process and consolidates the results.
• Analyze the results for preparing annual salary review and bonus.
• Develop and optimize cost control and budgeting procedures (headcount, overhead and salary)
