As we continue our rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced and result-driven HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function, strengthen our recruitment processes, and build a high-performing workforce.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Lead and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong recruitment pipeline to support the company's rapid expansion.
  • Develop relationships with job portals, recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Ensure timely hiring for all departments while maintaining high-quality recruitment standards.
HR Operations
  • Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit processes.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures.
Payroll & Administration
  • Handle monthly payroll processing and coordinate salary disbursement.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, statutory compliance, and employee benefits.
  • Coordinate with finance for payroll accuracy and employee records.
Performance Management
  • Design, implement, and monitor employee KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and KRIs (Key Result Indicators).
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews and appraisal processes.
  • Work closely with department heads to improve employee productivity and performance.
Employee Engagement & Leadership
  • Promote a positive organizational culture and healthy employee relations.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts professionally.
  • Plan employee engagement activities, training programs, and career development initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior HR staff and support company leadership in strategic HR planning.
Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, turnover analysis, and workforce planning reports for management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or HR Management.
  • Proven experience in leading recruitment and building recruitment pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll management and HR operations.
  • Experience in performance management systems using KPIs and KRIs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
