Role Description The Human Resources Manager role at Karyteck Fastline Solutions Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, support workforce planning, and collaborate with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, resolve workplace issues, support compensation and benefits administration, and maintain accurate HR documentation and records. The role also involves organizing training and development initiatives, promoting a positive work culture, and ensuring HR processes are efficient and consistent.
Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, HR policies, and best practices relevant to India.
  • Skills in conflict resolution, employee relations, and promoting an inclusive, respectful workplace.
  • Experience with HRIS tools, documentation, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or technology-driven organizations.
