✅ Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes

✅ Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices

✅ Manage employee onboarding, engagement, retention, and exit processes

✅ Drive performance management and employee development initiatives

✅ Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts effectively

✅ Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies

✅ Coordinate training and learning & development programs

✅ Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and workforce planning

✅ Maintain HR records and reports with a high level of confidentiality

✅ Partner with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business goals

✅ Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives

✔ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management

✔ Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements

✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

✔ Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms and recruitment tools

✔ Strong problem-solving, organisational, and decision-making abilities

✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
