Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. In this full-time hybrid role based in Noida, the manager will spend part of the time onsite and may work from home as business needs allow. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with leadership on workforce planning, managing HR documentation and compliance, handling employee queries, coordinating training and development initiatives, and supporting compensation and benefits processes. The role also involves promoting a positive workplace culture, ensuring fair and inclusive HR practices, and aligning people strategies with RANGREZ’s growth in the fashion and live-commerce space.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
  • Experience with performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance in the Indian context.
  • Ability to manage HR operations, documentation, and HRIS or other HR technology tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Capability to design and coordinate training, development, and career progression programs.
  • Experience in compensation and benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR analytics is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in retail, fashion, e-commerce, or live commerce environments is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup from Noida, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
