Human Resources Manager

Now, we're looking for an HR Manager to join our team and take ownership of all HR functions at Seed Media. This is a hands-on role where you'll help build our team, strengthen our culture, and ensure our people operations run smoothly every day.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.

• Process monthly payroll, salary coordination, reimbursements, and HR compliance.

• Handle employee onboarding, confirmations, exits, and complete employee lifecycle management.

• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and build strong teams.

• Address employee queries and ensure a positive workplace experience.

• Organize team activities, celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Maintain HR records, personnel files, offer letters, employment contracts, and other documentation.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and continuously improve HR processes as the company grows.

• 3–6 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.

• Experience handling payroll, attendance, employee records, HR operations, and recruitment.

• Prior experience in a startup, digital marketing agency, advertising agency, media company, or a fast-paced organization is preferred.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

• A self-driven individual who enjoys working with people and building strong teams.

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of outcomes.
