This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in New Delhi. The HR Manager will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, and training initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing workforce planning, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering an inclusive, engaging workplace culture. The role involves collaborating with leadership to align HR practices with the overall goals of the clinic.

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
• Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering team collaboration
• Proficiency in HR compliance, policy development, and maintaining regulatory standards
• Experience designing and delivering employee training and performance evaluation processes
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, along with a strong understanding of best practices in human resource management
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is an advantage
