Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to take ownership of recruitment, employee performance, and HR operations in a fast-paced agency environment. The role requires a strong focus on quality hiring, accountability, and process-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring across all departments including Digital Marketing, Development, Web design, Content, and other business functions
• Work closely with team leads to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures
• Leverage AI tools for resume screening, candidate shortlisting, and improving hiring efficiency
• Monitor employee performance, track KPIs, and implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) where required
• Develop and implement HR policies, onboarding processes, attendance tracking, and exit procedures
• Maintain discipline, accountability, and a performance-driven work culture
• Address employee concerns and support overall team management and retention

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of HR experience (preferably in IT / Agency setup)
• Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and performance management
• Working knowledge of AI tools for hiring and HR automation
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
